The location of the hotel was excellent, with beautiful green surroundings and a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel had a spacious parking area, which was convenient for those arriving by car. the staff at the hotel were kind, friendly, and very helpful.
One aspect that I did not like about the hotel was the inconvenience we faced during check-in. Despite having prearranged our arrival time, we were initially told that we could only check-in the next morning.

The kids, aged 3 to 14, absolutely loved their first horseback riding experience. The staff were friendly and patient, ensuring the little ones felt safe and confident. It was a memorable adventure that added a special touch to our family vacation.
My wife says that the dining room should have bigger windows facing the beautiful garden and mountains, allowing families to fully enjoy the scenic views during meal times.
